initiate a return for eligible items.

a) The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

marked on the outside of the package.
2.2 Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are securely
packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost and
arrangements of shipping the item(s) back to us.
2.3 Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team
will inspect them to verify their eligibility for return. If the returned item(s) meet the
conditions stated in section 1.3, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different
size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined in section 2 and place a new
order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Damaged During Transit: If your item(s) arrive(s) damaged, please contact our
Customer Support team within three (3) days of delivery. We may request photographic
evidence of the damage. Once we assess the situation, we will provide instructions for
returning the damaged item(s) and offer you a replacement or a refund.
4.2 Defective Items: If your item(s) are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults,
please contact our Customer Support team within seven (7) days of delivery. We may
request additional information or evidence of the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we
will provide instructions for returning the defective item(s) and offer you a replacement
or a refund.
